STORE MANAGEMENT
Candidates must:
Posses a BS degree in a business related field.
Have at least 1 year of retail, sales and/or customer service experience.
Be willing to work on weekends.
Speak very good English (minimum 8/10).
Be self motivated, hard-working, responsible and honest.
Have some computer knowledge as the position entails inventory control.
Be internet/social media savvy as the store manager is expected to conduct online marketing campaigns.
Be outgoing to promote the company products and brand name, educating customers and
encouraging sales.
Must be open to be placed in any of these locations: Miami, Seattle, Las Vegas, Houston, Dallas, Albuquerque, Phoenix, Tucson, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco (after 3 months Training).
Training
-3 months paid training focused on sales, at any of the company store locations in CA.
- Housing will be provided by the company for the first 3 months of training.
-After the training period, the participant will be relocated to another store, as a store manager (housing not provided) at any of these locations: Miami, Seattle, Las Vegas, Houston, Dallas, Albuquerque, Phoenix, Tucson, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco (participant does not get to choose the location).
-After the training period and as store managers, participants will work directly under the supervision of District Managers.
The position entails:
Identifying customer needs, Visual Merchandising, Training new sales personnel, helping with setting up promotional campaigns, supervising and actively promoting store sales, preparing, reviewing and evaluating reports, ordering new merchandize, some mall marketing.
Internship Position Details:
Hourly wage: $12.50
